Product Qualified Lead - Is That the Model That You're Using?

It's mostly self-serve but we're experiencing, I think people think that a product that growth company like it's like, oh, we cannot touch the users. But then you have on the other side, like programs do things that don't scale kind of like always talk to the user and do white love stuff even for $15/month accounts. The second part is a more structured product that sales motion, which we also built in a, like, a lightweight MVP-ish way and are working towards. And it seems to be working, we do have some of these larger accounts that end up converting quite a few seats.
