Sleep Paralysis - I've Never Had It Before
Sleep paralysis is when the brain paralyzes the body so that we're not acting out our dreams. Most people don't know that this actually goes on at night. It usually happens, you know, kind of in the middle of the night. You wake up while your body is still paralyzed and it feels immensely heavy. And then suddenly that weight lifts and you feel as though you've levitating.
