The video was captured by the moneray bay aquarium research institute team in two thousand 11. They were doing a survey of these methane hydrates and oil seaps at a depth of about one thousand 260 meters. And they came across a rift in the sea floor that was producing this steady little trickle of bubbles rising toward the surface. While the researchers were looking at this stream of bubbles, suddenly, hey, here comes a crab. It's trying to grab em with its claws. But then from here, things start getting weirder.
