Do Qatar's Visitor Numbers Hold Water?
Qatar say they expect to bank as much as 17 billion from tourism, but even still it's a drop in the ocean when compared to the overall spend. The most significant proportion of revenue for them comes from visitor numbers. Over the last 12 years, what the country has engaged in is a program of nation building.
