Is Automation a Good Thing?

i've always admired, you know, whenever i was doing the show smart tech to day with matthew cassanelli, i would often joke a, that you have somehow figured out how to actually make serverside automations work in your home. Do you find yourself regularly trouble shooting them? Or have you just because of your coating background, like, you know how to speak computer and what you need to do to get it all set up?
