The Sea Power

Britain has long been the whale in this scenario, with various e people po act as empires on the continent. And so what we see in these cases is the the british would then have the ability to move again and be a lot more fluid em but they wouldn't have the man power to actuallyet set foot on the empire on the mainland and wage war against them.
