Do You Have a Budget Tracking System?

i use gogle drive and sheets when forced, although for whatever reason, i do not enjoy either of those inter faces. The systems i use most are the notes up in apple notes, which i put allot of my goals lists on. In gemale, i just throw everything into archives, except for podcast questions, which i have a separate folder for. And then in my work emal i mostly archive everything, except for a waiting on or follow up folder. That kind of becomes like my rotating task lisk or pending things list.
