Carl, what advice would you give to somebody that is just starting out in sales today? Finding out what they want to get out of sales because you can get a lot of things like impact. Greatness. Financial gain can be big. You know, it can be growth,. Professional growth where you're growing scaling companies from startup to IPO. But I think it's like trying to find internally what is driving you and again, finding that same example for the new rep breaking into sales. It's like finding the reason why you're there.
