Tria: Bias can come in many different, you know, forms and shapes. And then there's prejudice. Prejudice is when people really double down on it. So these things happen all the time, whether we're picking up on it or not. But who is picking up on it the most are those from those under represented groups? We need to create a space with these bias interruptors that people cant throw the flag.
