The more people that know you, the pricier you are. It is kind of like starting back from square one. After going to school in SoCal, I think I really do like the Bay Area and I'm here for the long haul basically. We definitely have a lot of resources and we connect a lot of past clients, current clients with it's really important that we have those connections too.
