The New Database Contains Ownership Information for Hospice and Home Care Organizations

The database contains detailed information about the ownership of more than 6,000 hospices and 11,000 home health agencies that receive Medicare reimbursements. It also provides information on whether facilities are owned by a direct or indirect owner. CMS is also making data regarding mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and changes of ownership since 2016 for these facilities publicly available as part of the release.
