A BuzzFeed reporter had his phone iPhone stolen in the East Village. iCloud services kicked in and started posting photos from the or sharing photos that were taken on the phone to what I guess must have either been his computer or his phone. They made it over to Weibo. Let's find out who this man is. Someone recognized him and the story just gets more and more insane. This guy, the BuzzFeed reporter goes over to China to meet the guy who's got the phone. It was so well done, wasn't it?
In this week’s episode Ben and James discuss BuzzFeed in the context of the Brother Orange story, then talk about Amazon’s Dash Button and Home Services initiative, along with a dive into the technical details of Amazon’s balance sheet (sorry, it’s a bit dry) and why Ben is nervous.
