What Is Easy Water?

In the 1950s, a German scientist wrote a whole book about that the water inside your cell is gel-like. It's not liquid. And this gel-like water, you can demonstrate it yourself really easily. Just cut yourself for the razor blade. If it's liquid water, the water would come pouring out like water comes from a breached water pipe. That doesn't happen when you cut yourself. So we actually started our experiments based on some of these concepts,. particularly by one controversial but rather distinguished scientist who demonstrated that in cells, the water was not Liquid Water.
