CNN's John Defterios talks with Peter Bergen about India. He says the U.S. needs to build relations with India as a bulwark against Russia and China. The country has an English-speaking population, he says; it is also more democratic than many other countries in the world. And that could work in our favor if we can decouple from both sides of the border, according to Bergen.
