Is There a Gender Gap?

The de differentiator, in my books, has never been what gender you are. I believe this is a lot of our left over sort of inculturation around gender rolls. We tend to give women similar jobs, but we them much less authoritative titles. So the role of pastor is usually reserved for men. And then with that past pastor title comes being licensed for ministry and significant tax breaks.
