The humility of being able to be afront about what you don't know is a big key to project management. And things have to be like hos son ther gon t immediate response sometimes for so, you know, you can wait 24 hours to get an answer for something. I think that that framework of paratization is very critical. How do you measure your own success on a project? If everybody is happy, then i did a good job.
