Sir rogers has a corporate structure that ted set up to make sure that the company stays within the family. The board is generally bigger than you would normally have am, at the time, the chair of the board was not an independent director. Tim clads, one of our reporters here at the r o b, wrote an opinion piece where he ally argues that if you have this kind of structure with a family control trust that can overrule the board on these sort of important matters, why even have a board in the first place?
