Is the Fed Headwind Going to Stop?

As we come into 2023 here we have an S&P that's already up 4% and has ducked up 5%. Doesn't that seem a bit consensus at the moment? So I agree that some have, that somehow the Fed is going to stop raising interest rates, everything is going to be fine. If you look at the bear markets prior to COVID, bear markets didn't end until the Fed was almost done cutting interest rates. It really only began once they stopped hiking interest rates.
