The past is what the list calls being in itself and I think we have to think that as as a kind of a galian but it's through that virtual access of recollection that it can provide images for us that can kind of become for us. The real is not only that which is cut out according to natural articulations or differences in kind it is also that which intersects again along paths converging towards the same ideal or virtual point.
