i think it's the velvet glove kind of thing. You can't say, what's the matter with you? You're screwing up by not getting out there. i might go back to basket ball. That's how you get better at things. It is sometimes just like getting really good at zippin up and zippin your lips. But that is not a huge burden to focus on listening more. So they're just suggestions, and it's easier to listen, so it's a great suggestion.
