The Tax Is a Good Driver of Conflict, Isn't It?

I lived in a city surrounded by the desert for a couple of years, and it was ship. There's some weird defense contract stuff going on out there. i kind of liked the fact that the tax goes up, just because i think it's a good driver of conflict. It eventually forces everybody to kind of fight each other over whatever spice is available.
