Keeping Hip Abduction Strength

Hip abductors glut med glutmen, some slips of the glut max and little bit the t f l help to stabilize us. We need hip abduction strength to keep our hips level. And then with running, push with a tush. How we move forward? We push back. Our gluts are so powerful, and they're very much created to help to intend movement. But we sit on our butt all day, and there's no blood supply. So as a result of sitting all day, we sit in this flex position. If you don't use it, you'll lose it. The bonus is propelling you forward.
