The Importance of Recognizing Good Facts

So often, first, we don't notice the good facts around us, and second, we don’t feel anything when we do notice them. So if through repeated moments that are authentic, usually brief moments in the flow of every day, that we take in the good into ourselves, then gradually fill ourselves up  and we feel full and balanced. That helps us reduce the tendencies toward the craving very broadly defined which creates so much suffering.
