How Many Calories Do You Need?

If you want to gain weight and your energy levels are not good, then look at your mackerels. You might just be eating too many carbs in those callories. Eating more carbs will help quite a bit, just increasing your carb percentage. If that's your main goal, increase your overall calories by 200 or 500 per day. This can cause fatigue as well, because you're having to spend energy on digesting all those calories. And so one thing you can do is to supplement digestive enzymes to help your body out with them.
