I often go to bed with my kids at eight eight 30 yeah then naturally the body wakes up four thirty five o'clock. So that's my point which is very nice to you. And it seems like I don't lose any time it's just instead of waiting on my kids I can actually use that time up and do something It's definitely efficient with your time management over there. Yeah, yeah, yeah,Yeah, that's good. The second session is always low intense indeed very easy. But it's still an important session I think.
