i think probably anyone who's worked within a product team can relate the idea that your designer and p m don't agree on an approach. So just like getting three stakeholders into a room and having three different versions of a mental model for how to approach the problem, you could get three users into the room and run into that exact same thing. It's using research to inform the decision making, but not expecting users to make the decision for you. And i think the same thing is true with stake holders. You know, i don't go in there and say, oke there's three opinions. We got to pick one. Sometimes it's actually a mash up of two of those opinions
