The Balance Between Contentment and Ambition
One of the challenges I've found when it comes to ambition, at least as it's traditionally been defined, is this balance between contentment or satisfaction and ambition. And so I'm curious how your kind of model or framework accounts for or doesn't, this need for contentment versus always moving and striving for something else. Yeah, there's almost self-delusion in either path. But when you externalize things or you pull yourself out of the path that you're on, maybe a bit more aimless path, it allows you to sit with that uncertainty a little bit more and treat it a bit more like a game.
