The Pros and Cons of Apple's Video Defendants
The defence was not able to immediately get the high resolution version, simply because apple was using a proprietary protocol. The prosecution did not know that when you sent a video attachment and apple mal it will compress it to make it go faster and make it smaller. So as a result, instead of the 11 point two megabite, like, almost original quality copy, they still had this three point one, like gigabite, loquality version. And there's a certain level of ignorance that you're kind of stealing your soul for. I don't, i don't think it's worthy of a mis trial. It just shows how much everybody has a certainlevel of technical savy.
