The ACCC Blocks ANZ's Competition Deal

The top competition lawyer in the country was used to beat the ACCC. Gina Cass Gottlieb has recused herself from this one because she previously worked for some of the parties. The ACCC's natural stance is not to want one of these deals to go through. But what the ACCC has used here is the idea called coordination. It's a rubbery contested idea, and ANZ will say, we get the theory, where's the evidence?
