In 20 14, i was so curious about leadership efficacy that i started doing a lot of intentional observation. So how do you continue to find tune your thinking, belief and behavior? That's where the seven pospectives come in. They are current reality, long term vision strategic bets, the perspective of the team, the perspectives of the customer,. And then you exercise discipline and place time and energy into those seven. The sixth perspective, your roll elevates, as does your efficacy.
