Is the CCR5 Antagonist Able to Cross the Blood-Brain Barrier?
Is this drug, the CCR5 antagonist able to cross the blood-brain barrier? And would it be helpful? Like, is it something that's prescribed for somebody who's developed the HIV-associated neurodegeneration? I don't know. It could be redundant in people, right? There may be another way of dealing with the memory linking. Or maybe they just haven't been studied. As you said, it might be subtle.
