Business Daily

CHAPTER

Lagos, South West Nigeria

Jumay Alachisha is the CEO of Hennab by Jumay which offers bespoke beauty services like traditional Hennabody art to waxing for women. Her clientele ranges from everyday people to celebrities. She started her business in 2017 but has never really had to worry about a very big client base outside Lagos. Experts say factors like the state's population at over 20 million, the second largest in the country, multiple points of entry and being home to Africa's biggest financial houses has helped said Lagos apart despite not having the metropolitan status of cities like London and New York.
