Harvard's Athletic Rating Is Predicting Admissions Advantage

When Harvard was doing its quote unquote holistic analysis that it found recurring characterizations attributed to Asian American applicants, such as quiet shy, math science oriented, hard workers. In other words, the holistic analysis kept downgrading Asian students quotes unquote personal rating. And then see why this is a problem? Well, imagine if the personal rating of all the black applicants had stereotypes in it and was downgrading every black applicant. That even starts to get even, just in my mind, grosser.
