How to Configure a Client Credentials Flow in Salesforce

Salesforce has by default now is blocking the user agent and user password flows because they're considered insecure. They replaced it with something that only requires two of those four things. So I'm not buying that they've increased security here and maybe I'm not understanding something. But anyway we could circle whatever that to death. It's interesting though that they're now taking away theuser name and password flow which required four things client ID client secret user name and password.
