Dorothy Simons was last seen alive on July 30, 1983. The prosecutor called agnes simons to the stand and she described her daughter's disappearance as a 'fine mess' Agnes said that when she asked newton about dorothy's disappearance, he called it a fine mess. She cribed newton as jealous of other men. He hadn't been a good boy friend recently. That testimony was difficult, but it had gone well for agnes. This next bit of testimony would not go so well.
