How to Convince Your Team to Pivot
Kunmai co-founder and I, we switched it up. We flipped who runs what so I used to run products and Kunm ran the commercial site. With the pivot, we flipped that. So Kunm started running product and I started running commercial sites. And on the sort of like figuring the product market fit out, I worked with a small team of like two or three people on what our go to market would look like. It's not really something that, that you can't do it with one or two people.
