When we deprive someone in the laboratory, which we do here, and they don't get to sleep the next day when they sleep, their sleep goes into deep sleep much more rapidly. And so if you go to bed too early, your sleep is likely to be fragmented or you're going to wake up way earlier than you want it to. Just the quality is changed.
