The Relationship Between Median Responses and Responses

There were a couple of moves that they made that I thought that they couldn't presumably make because they don't have enough observations within districts. The other thing is that taking the means is an odd view and we think so much of the action is at the margin around the median, which they could easily do. They say they like the mean because it actually gives them a greater number of ranks. If they compute the median they get a bunch of ties. Whereas if they compute the mean they get less ties.
