The Geodetic Effect and the Curvature of Space

Einstein's theory can be used to predict exactly the curvature of space as you go around the earth. The geodetic effect, this twist on the gyroscope, can also be used to predict how much space is being dragged along by the earth. And so they saw both of these, and both effects are totally consistent with what einstein predicted, no way. So it's a real tourti force of engineering and physics together.
