What's Going on in the Market?

Sales are running at like 10 year lows, right across the country now adjust for population. New listings are kind of running in parallel to that. It's pretty hard to ask the seller to reduce the price when there's when the seller doesn't have any competition on the market. We're seeing a lot of people, like they're just waiting on the sideline, they got cash go tap, and they're ready, they're waiting to buy.
