Incidence of Coronary Vasospasm and Endothelial Injury

Capsidobene is a prodrug that's converted in the liver into five-th-a-view. The one thing that we have seen with this drug is that patients do present to emergency departments with exchemia and a joint of light pain, which is thought to be due to coronary vasospasm and endothelial injury. In bolus patients, the incidence is about 3%, let's say 3 to 5%. But in those patients on an infusional, five-a- view it could be a bit higher than that,. you know, maybe 10% or higher.
