The Fed Is Working With Bank X and It's Backstopping It

I don't know if they're going to go under. I think the Fed is doing things behind the scenes. If not enough happens today, this evening, you think we'll already see evidence of that in the morning and that will show. The federal government here doesn't have a great history. They could have placed SVP with a top bank, but they would have to basically make certain guarantees to facilitate it.
