This list was put together by a vote, and what that meant, i think, was over 250 people. I like seeing one doves cry right next to the white stripes, because biances lemonade would not be possible without those two influences. It's cool how it has the entire plot of the purple rain movie in the lyrics at deflm. That really is the one you'd play for someone who never heard him before.
