The Problem With MOND
The prevailing view is that general relativity holds everywhere at all times, except in those places where there appears to be a problem. The new theory of gravity is not MOND; it's just an instrumentalist ad hoc prediction. It doesn't tell us anything about what really exists and why and how it behaves.
