Women in the Tech Industry

The tech industry has a reputation for being traditionally a boys club. What do you think that organizations, individuals, or society, just as a whole can do in order to make more space for women in the tech industry? Women are paid less than men om so for the same amount of work an output, women receive less money which impacts day care,. Being able to am stay late, to do overtime if they want to, being able to afford the ability to net work. Like all those things factor in our society. And so we have to think about how to create an equitable place, not just within the organization, but a across the board if we want to inject more untalented people
