What's the Meaning of the Tartus Sport?

Tartus is the only Russian operated port in the Mediterranean Sea. It's most likely one of the few military bases that Russia has outside of its geopolitical region of influence. The Russians want to send warships into the Mediterranean Sea, they have to do it through the Turkish chokepoints.
