The Future of Chatbots
The project originated because we had discovered early in 2022 that GPT-3 was actually quite effective at being a chatbot if you properly formatted your inputs. So this world that you described of the sort of small business owner who wants to create a chatbot is not far off. And for that, I think we'll probably see a ton of those kinds of tools and chatbots being created. That's our guess anyway.
