Zhang Fan: Lazada needs to cater to the ultimate form of e-commerce in Southeast Asia, which is brands. But with TikTok and Timo potentially coming into the region, I don't think that they can be so sure about focusing on brands. And now with Alibaba in China, as we talked in the previous part, I'm going back to focus on Taobao.I think Lazada is going to spend more time on actually keeping the consumers and give them whatever they want rather than pushing them the brands.
