Are We Engaged Within a Business Change Programme?
Most of our work in data science exists within a business change programme. Anda, we engage within that business change programme as a key capability that allows that programme to be successful. We see ourselves as an important piece of the puzzle, rather than a single sort of end-to-end thing or model which is created and then left for somebody else to figure out how to do it. That's just not the approach that we've taken.
