When you're email list is small, tell hem to respond back. Let me know what you think, or ask a question at the end. Hit reply. You get into a little bit of that conversation. They're paying attention. Next time you emal, cause they know you cared enough to have a conversation with them. And i really want people to take advantage of this. I know you can't do that when your list gets really big, but you can do it when it's still small.
